5 really easy and cool art projects for kids

Hey! It's mean solar day iii of like shooting fish in a barrel art projects, and we are diving into spray-painted t-shirts. We really spray painted a cami top, but this can pretty much be washed on anything, including pants or your pillow example or the wall or the auto! Yay!

Now, non all of you volition want to let your kids use spray paint. If y'all are okay with it, just make sure you are using it outside, you aren't standing upwind from the paint, and you wear a dust mask.

Materials:

  • Spray paint (We used Rustoleum Paint Plus satin paints in the colors Eden and Aqua)
  • Shirt
  • Doily

Directions:

All you lot need to do is put a piece of paper-thin inside your shirt (to protect from bleed-through), lay your shirt in the grass or on a surface you don't mind getting pigment on.

Whenever y'all paint on a shirt, information technology's a skillful thought to wash it first to remove any sizing. After it's dried, iron it flat so you accept a shine press surface.
